Open LMS Is Moving to a New Support System
The support team at Open LMS is excited to announce that we’ll be moving from Salesforce to Zendesk’s support system. Our current plan is to be on that system beginning July 1, 2020.
Why are we making this change?
The Open LMS team is committed to delivering the best possible client experience. That’s why we’ve chosen Zendesk as our new support system, as it will not only help us deliver a more effective support experience, but also make it easier to update and improve the overall Open LMS experience based upon your feedback.
Moving to Zendesk from Salesforce is a big change. The entire Support Team is doing its best to ensure that the transition to this new system goes as smoothly as possible for you. As with any complex system change, there are bound to be some unexpected changes—some that will be instant improvements and others that may need a few tweaks and additional refinement.
That’s why we’re asking for your help.
As you engage with Zendesk, know that we want your feedback on what we can improve. We’re relying on your feedback to create the system, process, and team that will best support you as you work to deliver the best teaching and learning experience at your institution.
