The Challenge: Finding an LMS With Advanced Reporting Features
Continence Health Australia offers education to a wide range of audiences, with one of its functions being to provide continuing professional development (CPD) to healthcare workers. Physicians, nurses, and care providers across disciplines join the organization to access learning modules that can be counted toward their CPD requirements. Continence Health Australia was using Learnbook, a learning platform from eThink Education (now part of Open LMS), but the professional association came to feel that Learnbook's reporting capabilities were no longer adequate. Continence Health Australia only needed to shut down its LMS for approximately 24 hours, making the switch a smooth and seamless operation.
